What is the quality of our hair ?
How many bundles should I buy?
If purchasing lengths 14-16" 2 bundles. 16-28" 3 bundles for a thicker look 4 bundles but not necessary. 30" and up 4 bundles
How can I track my order?
Once processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number?
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 4-6 Business days and shipped via USPS. Business days are Monday- Friday. ie (If you order on a Friday, the latest your order can be processed is that following Friday. Billing and Shipping address must match, If not your order will be cancelled.
Do we accept refunds?
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds to any used products. For any issues based on quality please email us at Rawhausco@gmail.com to come to a resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled but only be adjusted within an approval timeframe through our customer service at rawhausco@gmail.com. Changes are not guaranteed.
Do we do Pick up orders?
Yes. We are located in NYC. DM our instagram page @Raw.Hausco or Email us at Rawhausco@gmail.com to inquire about what is currently in stock for pick up for your earliest convience. We also allow Uber delivery but we are NOT responsible for anything lost or damaged. Customers are responsible for Uber costs.
Do we ship internationally ?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
