Refund policy

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS (Express shipping) or USPS. Orders are processed within 4-6 Business days and automatically shipped via USPS. Business days are Monday- Friday. ie (If you order on a Friday, the latest your order can be processed is that following Friday. Orders are NOT processed on weekends. Billing and Shipping address must match, If not your order will be cancelled. Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for any missing packages. We will attempt to reach out to USPS on your behalf to retrieve the package as best as possible. We are not responsible for any delayed orders once shipped with the carriers. If any packages are shipped back due to non-delivery, a store credit will be refunded for any future orders.
REFUNDS
Here at Raw Haus Co, we take pride in providing the highest quality raw hair extensions. Each bundle is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our premium standards.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we understand that rare issues may arrive. We will only accept returns if the hair is deemed defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return,
- The hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery
- You must contact us within 21 days of receiving your order with photos/videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your case, and if approved we will offer a return, replacement or store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect ordering (unless purchased through KLARNA)
- Hair that has been colored, bleached etc.
- Issues relating to personal preference
